What PawClaw.ai provides
PawClaw.ai is a managed platform for installing, running, and administering OpenClaw and Hermes Agent instances. It provides compute infrastructure, instance management, access to supported AI models, and messaging integrations.
OpenClaw and Hermes Agent are independent third-party software projects governed by their own licenses and terms. PawClaw.ai provides a deployment and management layer and does not claim ownership of those projects.

Accounts and access
You use PawClaw.ai through an email and password account or a supported sign-in provider such as Google. You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and prevent unauthorized account access.
You must be legally able to enter into agreements and use the service under the laws that apply to you.

Agent installations
- Each installation creates a separate agent instance in an isolated environment.
- Actual launch time depends on the agent, infrastructure capacity, and third-party services.
- Concurrent instances, regions, and resources may be limited by platform settings.
- Deleting or recreating an instance may permanently remove its files, memory, history, and local configuration.
PawClaw creates regular platform backups, but deleting or recreating an instance may remove that agent's local data. Keep separate copies of important files and results; per-agent restoration must be explicitly shown as available in the interface.

Balances, prices, and payments
Your monetary account balance pays for monthly agent seats, resources, and other platform services. A paid seat may be released and assigned to another profile or agent until its paid-through date without paying again.
AI balance is tracked separately for paid model use. Costs depend on the selected model and actual usage. Free tokens are allocated separately to each agent and may have monthly, rate, and availability limits.
- Deleting, stopping, reinstalling, or replacing an agent does not cancel its seat or create an automatic refund; the seat remains available through the paid period.
- Canceling a seat stops its next renewal. The unused part of the current period is non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- A technical refund may be approved only when PawClaw cannot provide the paid service and associated resources have been cleaned up. Duplicate payments are reviewed separately.
- Coupons have no cash value. A refund is limited to the amount actually paid; promotional credit and discounts are not paid out as cash.
- A refund or chargeback may immediately suspend seats funded by that payment. If refunded wallet funds were already spent, the account may carry a negative balance until repaid.
- Money balance and AI balance are separate. Consumed AI balance and already delivered resource service are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

AI models and outputs
AI responses, files, and actions are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong. PawClaw.ai does not guarantee factual accuracy, fitness, or a specific result.
Review important outputs before publishing, sending, paying, or using them in legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Agents may act in connected services within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for permission scope and approval of critical actions.

Channels and third parties
Agents may connect to Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, web interfaces, AI providers, payment systems, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and restrictions continue to apply.
PawClaw.ai does not control third-party availability, API changes, blocks, or policy decisions.

Acceptable use
You must not use PawClaw.ai or its agents for:
- illegal activity or infringement of third-party rights;
- spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or security circumvention;
- unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure;
- excessive load or interference with the service or other users;
- high-risk automated decisions without appropriate human oversight.

User data and secrets
You retain rights in your files, instructions, messages, and outputs to the extent permitted by law and third-party model terms.
You confirm that you may provide the service with the data, API keys, bot tokens, and settings you submit.

Availability and changes
We may update agents, features, prices, limits, models, channels, and infrastructure. Material terms changes are posted here with a new update date.
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for terms violations, security threats, unpaid charges, resource abuse, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the service and delete agent instances. Contact support to request account and related data deletion; active instances may need to be removed first.

Warranty, liability, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, PawClaw.ai is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, AI outputs, user actions, third-party services, or communication failures.
