Scope of this policy
This page explains how the PawClaw.ai website and dashboard use cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage. These small browser records keep your session, language, theme, and interface state.
This policy covers the PawClaw.ai web interface. Connected AI providers, payment services, and messaging platforms may use their own technologies under their own policies.
A cookie notice lets you allow all categories, allow essentials only, or select categories. Your choice, settings, date, and policy revision are saved in localStorage. A new revision asks you again.

Essential cookies
- protected access and refresh cookies — maintain the authenticated session and are unavailable to browser JavaScript;
- CSRF and OAuth protection cookies — help prevent forged requests and complete Google sign-in safely;
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the selected interface language;
- technical cookies that infrastructure may require for secure site delivery and abuse protection.
Disabling essential cookies may break sign-in, language selection, or parts of the dashboard.

Browser local storage
- pawclaw-theme — your light or dark theme choice;
- activeAgent — the last selected agent instance;
- the last open conversation and technical setup-progress markers;
- a short-lived CSRF protection token in the tab's sessionStorage.
- pawclaw-cookie-consent, pawclaw-cookie-consent-settings, pawclaw-cookie-consent-date, and pawclaw-cookie-consent-revision — your consent choice and its revision.
LocalStorage remains until the browser or interface removes it. SessionStorage normally clears when the tab or browser session closes.

Analytics and advertising
On public pages, Yandex Metrica (counter 113066885) loads only after analytics consent. It includes Session Replay and click maps. Dashboard content is hidden from Session Replay.
Google Tag Manager (container GTM-P25J7MGG) loads on public pages only when both analytics and marketing are allowed. Tags configured in the container may send data to Google or other connected recipients. Declining optional categories does not block core services.

Third-party websites and services
A payment provider, mobile app, messenger, AI provider, or other external service may set its own cookies after you visit or use it. PawClaw.ai does not control those records or their retention.
Review the relevant provider's privacy and cookie information before using its website or application.

Managing browser data
- clear cookies and site data in browser settings;
- block all cookies or cookies for selected sites;
- use private browsing for a temporary session;
- sign out of PawClaw.ai to remove the current token from the browser;
- change language and theme through the interface.
After clearing data, you will need to sign in and select your language, theme, and active agent again.

Session security
Primary authentication tokens are stored in protected HttpOnly cookies and are unavailable to page scripts. Sign out on shared devices and do not share codes or sign-in details.
If you suspect session exposure, sign out, change your password, and contact support.

We update this policy when browser storage, integrations, or applicable requirements change. The current version date appears at the top.
